Transforming Spiritual Energy

by Sharyce Arciaga

There is a spiritual energy in the universe that is very different from years past. This is a transformational energy that is awakening and transforming many souls by lifting the veils of energy that have kept us blind to many spiritual realities. In actuality the cells of our DNA (biological ascension) are being re-activated by solar and universal energy.

If you believe this energy can affect the ozone layer, create irregular weather patterns all over the world along with earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and hurricanes; not excluding the fact that the polar ice caps are melting rapidly away...you should certainly believe that human beings are being affected by this energy as well.

The good news is that this transforming energy allows us to quickly manifest on this physical plane everything and anything that our heart's desire...simply with our thoughts. This is a most magnificent and accelerating energy. It is very important at this time (especially from 2010-2012) that we are both mindful and careful of our thoughts and the things that we concentrate our thoughts upon.

This energy is teaching us at this time to LOVE more, and to live more in the ether. To believe in a world that we cannot see, but rather a world that we can feel and sense. We must learn to rely more on our feelings and our intuition.

We must learn to follow what is in our hearts and let go of the ego-mind. The ego brings with it fear, lack, struggle, and limitation. That is why it is imperative that you leave the ego-mind and live within the heart. The ego-mind does not operate in this new energy. If you refuse to leave it behind you will endure all of the ego's hardships.

It is also important that we consciously use our thoughts in our every day lives. So often we allow our thoughts to focus on and/or dwell upon the very things that we don't want in our lives. Many of us think in terms of fear, lack, and struggle. We no longer have to live or think in those ways.

One of the most destructive thought patterns is when we start thinking about things that we don't want in our lives. We think that we do not want to be poor, or that we might not be able to meet the obligation of paying a bill, or how we don't have enough money to go on vacation, or how low our bank balance may be...or any number of negative thoughts.

We never stop to think about how these negative thoughts build on each other and eventually create our realities. We fail to recognize that whatever we focus our attention on continually...or on a daily basis...actually creates our existence.

So instead of thinking about how poor you are -- visualize yourself being rich and experiencing how it feels to be rich. Instead of worrying about not being able to meet the obligation of paying a bill, visualize yourself happily paying the bill with a smile on your face and with a feeling of satisfaction.

Instead of thinking about the lack of money for your vacation, imagine yourself on the vacation of your dreams laughing it up and having more fun than you ever though you possibly could have. Instead of thinking about how fat or unhealthy you are, think about the new slim you and how wonderful it feels to be slim, trim and healthy!

In other words, stop dwelling on what you don't want. Dwell on what you DO want. Tune into this new, positive, accelerated energy with positive visualizations and have them become your newest and most sensational reality. Of course, this is going to take some training on your part. Every time you find yourself thinking about a situation that is undesirable -- change your thoughts to something that IS desirable about the situation.

Yes, whenever you find yourself dwelling on a situation that does not make you feel happy, change the story-line to one that makes you feel happy instead. The operative word here is FEEL. Learn to feel and to be aware of your feelings. If something FEELS bad move away from it. It would appear that we would have been taught something as simple as this, but your feelings and emotions speak volumes.

If you practice and implement this thought process often enough you will begin to create a brand new life through the power of your thoughts and your imagination. It takes some practice to train yourself to let go of the negative impressions that you place in your mind. But, once you get it down pat you will begin to gloriously transform your life into the life you want to live.

Make sure to begin opening your heart and to begin living within it. One way to live within your heart is to put your hand over your heart and press down on it. You will get a feeling of whether or not something is right or wrong. Become aware of the pressure in your hand against your heart and allow your heart to tell you whether or not something is right or wrong or whether or not to proceed.

I know, it all sounds trendy and very simple. In fact, it is very simple. And the more avenues that you can incorporate into supporting your more creative and constructive thinking processes, the better off you will be.

I have a hermetic exercise that I implement while taking a shower. You can use this exercise while taking a shower or a bath. As you lather up with soap you simply state in your mind, "the thing that you don't want will wash down the drain and the thing you do want will remain." As an example, if you are using this exercise for money you can simply state that "I am washing off any form of poverty which is going down the drain and I am leaving behind only prosperity and wealth."

You can do the same thing when eating a meal. If money is what you want -- you simply state that, "this food is nourishing me with wealth and prosperity," as you chew and swallow the food.

I also find that it helps to have a mantra. By creating a mantra you are claiming what it is that you want in your life. It makes it clear in your heart. It indicates exactly what you are striving for.

My mantra is health, wealth, love, prosperity, joy, happiness, serenity, abundance and ecstasy! The words that are placed in your mantra should be placed in order of significance to you. If you prefer wealth over health then wealth should be in the first position. Construct your mantra according to the thing that is of most importance to you.

In actuality these concepts or ideas are your birthright. You were not meant to live in poverty and you were not meant to be unhappy. You were placed here to live in joy and abundance. If you look around the universe you will see that all was given to mankind in abundance.

The forests, the trees, the oceans, the mountains, the lakes, the dry desert lands. All were given to us in abundance. There are no shortages other than the ones mankind have created. The universe is UNLIMITED. And there is no limit to what you can have. If only you will embrace it and believe it!

42 Lessons Life Taught Me

by Rev. Doc Lowrey My daughter Jamie sent this post out on Facebook today. I was very impressed with it and wanted to share it's sage counsel. Written by Regina Brett, of the Plain Dealer, Cleveland , Ohio . "To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 42 lessons life taught me. It is the most requested column I've ever written. My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more: 1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good. 2. When in doubt, just take the next small step. 3. Life is too short – enjoy it.. 4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and family will. 5. Pay off your credit cards every month. 6. You don't have to win every argument. Stay true to yourself. 7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone. 8. Save for retirement starting with your first pay check. 9. When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile. 10. Make peace with your past so it won't s

Who Was Jesus and What Does It Mean To Be His Disciple?

By Rev. Doc Lowrey Allow me to extrapolate on this idea and first point out that although I consider myself a disciple of Jesus, he never taught anything unique to himself, but all that he taught he quoted from teachers of truth that came before him and who were familiar to his listeners, primarily Isaiah. Now days, many scholars question whether Isaiah was the actual author of much of the book ascribed to him and others have similar doubts about Jesus, even to the point of questioning whether Jesus was even an actual living character. To me, these issues simply do not matter. What does matter is the truths that are taught, not the person who taught them. In Jesus I find a simple, cohesive and self-evident exposition of the truths I need to grow spiritually and to be truly free, productive and self-realized. Jesus is a teacher central to my culture and upbringing and this enables me to more easily function with my beliefs within my own culture. I think it is much more valuab

I've Been To The Mountain Top - Martin Luther King

In this historic speech, Rev. King relates our responsibility to support and aid our fellows to the story of  The Good Samaritan - the Golden Rule. Please, when reading this consider that his references to the suffering, needs, responsibility and power of the negro community apply equally to all the downtrodden in our society regardless of ethnicity. Strong individuals and communities will be committed to the principles outlined in this simple yet direct and powerful story. This, of course, is one of the most mysterious and powerful scriptures in existence.  It encapsulates the entire teachings of  Jesus into one memorable concept.  This appears for Jesus, to be his most basic and critical teaching and purpose - which of course, he also recommends to me and you. Luke 10:25-37    (KJV) 25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 26 He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? 27 And he
